Parent Volunteering and Ghost Checks process

In order to receive your ghost check back, please click the link above to sign up for your volunteer time. It is likely that we will be adding some Sunday travel game spots once we get the schedule from PA West. In-House parents are permitted to work Travel games and Travel parents are permitted to work In-House games.

Lil Rams & TOPSoccer players, rostered coaches, and RAYSA board members are exempt

RAYSA policy for every registered player, In-House and Travel excluding Lil Rams and TOPSoccer:

One parent/guardian volunteer hour each regular season is required per registered player in the same household up to max 2 hours per family. For example, if a family has 3 or more children in RAYSA, then only 2 volunteer hours are still required.
One hour (one ghost check) required from every RAYSA In-House and Travel age group parent for every registered player in the family up to max 2 per family. For example, if a family has 3 or more children in RAYSA, then only 2 volunteer hours (2 ghost checks max) are still required.
A player CANNOT attend the 1st practice(s) without a ghost check turned in. All coaches will get a list of children who have not turned them in by the first team practice.
Please remember there is a navy blue colored lock box at the New Eagle concession stand building for your check to be turned in at your convenience prior to the first team practice(s).

When: 5:30pm to 6:30pm = all U10 Travel age group players
6:30pm to 7:30pm = all U11 and U12 Travel age group players

What: MANDATORY Coaches-only meeting
When: Wednesday, August 2nd - 6:00pm
Where: New Eagle youth soccer fields

TEAMS BEGIN PRACTICES SOMETIME IN AUGUST. EXACT START DATE TBD BY INDIVIDUAL COACHES FOLLOWING THE MANDATORY COACHES MEETING. PARENTS, PLEASE BE PATIENT AS SOME COACHES BEGIN BEFORE OTHERS.
