WELCOME

We have attached the schedules for all age groups, the rules, and directions to download the tournament app. Also included below is the link to sign up to volunteer that day in 1 hour increments. Volunteers are needed to set up in the morning, operate the concession table, be at the inflatable, and clean up at the end of the day. The tournament will not be a success without the help and support of volunteers. 

VOLUNTEERS ARE GREATLY NEEDED!!! THIS WEEKEND IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO FULFILL YOUR VOLUNTEER OBLIGATION AND GET YOUR $100 GHOST CHECK RETURNED TO YOU. Parts of the tournament event may be cancelled if 100% of the parent volunteer time slots that day are not filled. If you have already volunteered by that point this season, feel free to volunteer for another time slot that day so that nothing is cancelled and the kids can enjoy everything we have planned. RAYSA DOES NOT want to deposit any $100 ghost checks this season; we would rather your volunteer help for the players benefit.

The tournament event will include the tournament games, 50/50 raffle, awards ceremonies, and raffle giveaways, concession stand, inflatable attraction, and a Kona Ice truck. The concession stand at the tournament will offer the usual menu options as well as a few new surprise options.

Schedules

The team listed 1st for each game is considered the home team and will wear gold jerseys. All players must bring both jerseys to the tournament as they will need to switch jerseys at some point during the day. A coach from each team, including Lil Rams, must check in at the scorer's table upon arrival to their first game.

Rules and Awards

Awards ceremony will include trophies and raffle prize giveaway (must be present to win, U6 and 8 age groups only). Everyone is encouraged to stay through the award ceremony for the age group. Complete rules are attached below. Every U6 and U8 team is guaranteed a minimum of three 20-minute games. Lil Rams are playing showcase game(s) only; not part of the tournament competition.
